DEVICE_LIMIT
The license is already active on another device. Request a device reset in your account (limits apply) or contact support.
Reset
After reset: restart Ascend and activate the key again. Reset never extends expiry.
Offline grace
Without server reachability Ascend stays usable about 7 days (configurable). Then: internet + sync.
License server unreachable
Check firewall/VPN. The API host must be reachable from your PC (HTTPS). Ascend.exe and AscendSetup use the same API base URL as the website.
