Come attivo Ascend?
Avvia AscendSetup.exe → incolla la chiave una volta → attendi l’installazione automatica → apri Ascend.exe.
How do I purchase a product?
Choose your product and billing period here in the shop. Timed software offers are subscriptions that renew automatically at the displayed price for each selected period. You can cancel in your customer account before the next renewal, effective at the end of the paid period. Lifetime and Custom Config are one-time purchases without automatic renewal.
Posso usare Ascend su due PC?
No: la licenza è vincolata a un solo dispositivo attivo. Per un nuovo PC, usa la reimpostazione del dispositivo nel tuo account (si applicano limiti).
Funziona offline?
Per un breve periodo sì: è previsto un periodo di tolleranza offline, in genere di alcuni giorni. Successivamente Ascend deve poter raggiungere il server delle licenze.
