• Stripe: Payments and refunds: email, order reference, amount, currency and payment status.
• PayPal: Payments and refunds: order and transaction data.
• CoinPay: Crypto payments: email, order reference, amount, currency and payment references. Blockchain transactions may remain publicly traceable.
• Resend: Transactional emails: recipient address and message content, including license keys where applicable.
• Discord: On optional sign-in or linking: account ID, display name and email where supplied. Required OAuth credentials and Discord API requests are used to check server membership and roles.

Access, erasure and retention

In Account → Settings → Privacy you can request a copy or erasure of your data. Email confirmation verifies your identity; the operator then processes your request. You can also exercise your rights without an account through the listed contact. The export covers attributable orders, license and device data, linked accounts, credit, trial and advertising records and optional shop analytics. Access tokens and full license keys are excluded from the export for security.

When an administrator processes a confirmed erasure request, attributable optional analytics events and order analytics attribution are removed. Contract, payment, license, credit and anti-abuse records require an individual review of whether and how long retention remains necessary. Submitting a request does not immediately delete the account. Raw optional analytics events are deleted in regular batches after 730 days. External services and backups are handled separately.

Only with your consent, we measure referral links, visited pages, product clicks, active visit time, cart activity, registrations and purchases. On sign-in or registration, we associate activity from the current session with your customer account. Administrators are excluded. Reports and exports are available only to shop administrators. These events contain no IP addresses or URL query parameters. Raw events become eligible for deletion after 730 days. Referral cookies last 30 days, session cookies expire 30 minutes after the last measured activity, and visitor and consent cookies last up to 365 days. Purchase attribution uses the source saved at checkout.

Optional analytics also includes an approximate country for visits and purchases. When the hosting or proxy server provides this information, we store only the country code, not a precise location or IP address. If no reliable country is available, the origin remains unknown. A country estimate does not establish residence; VPN connections, for example, may differ.

Ad-funded trial licenses

When you request a free trial, we check your linked Discord account and membership in our server. Advertising steps run on Work.ink and optionally Cuty. At the start, we send a random return URL to the provider; we do not send your device ID or Discord ID to these providers. Each provider processes visit data under its own privacy notice. To limit free trials, we retain your website account, product, creation date and hashes of the device ID, Discord ID, license and advertising proof. These eligibility records remain after a license expires or is deleted. The device ID is bound on first software activation; the unlock session expires after 30 minutes.

• license data such as the key hash or masked key, status, term, product code, and activation time;
• a hashed device identifier, installation token, and technical version data for device binding and abuse prevention;
• support messages and technically necessary server, security, and error logs.

Complete card, bank, or wallet credentials are processed by the relevant payment provider and are not stored in this website's license database.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to perform the contract and provide downloads, accounts, license activation, term validation, and support; to comply with legal retention and recordkeeping duties; and for legitimate interests in IT security, fraud prevention, and reliable operation. Where consent is required, it is requested separately and may be withdrawn for the future.

4. Recipients and international transfers

The services listed above receive data needed for their respective functions. Payment providers also process payment data as independent controllers. Details of configured providers and any international transfers are listed in the section “Operator details and services used”.

5. Retention

We retain data for as long as necessary for the contract, license records, support, security, and legal obligations. It is then deleted or anonymized unless a legal duty or legitimate reason requires continued retention. Security and error logs are generally retained only for an appropriate period.

6. Cookies and security

WordPress uses technically necessary cookies for login, sessions, and account security. Optional cookies or third-party content must only be loaded in accordance with the consent solution used on this site. Encryption in transit, access controls, and hashed device identifiers help protect data, although no technical system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and may withdraw consent. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority. Please use the contact details above to exercise your rights.
