Only with your consent, we measure referral links, visited pages, product clicks, active visit time, cart activity, registrations and purchases. On sign-in or registration, we associate activity from the current session with your customer account. Administrators are excluded. Reports and exports are available only to shop administrators. These events contain no IP addresses or URL query parameters. Raw events become eligible for deletion after 730 days. Referral cookies last 30 days, session cookies expire 30 minutes after the last measured activity, and visitor and consent cookies last up to 365 days. Purchase attribution uses the source saved at checkout.

Complete card, bank, or wallet credentials are processed by the relevant payment provider and are not stored in this website's license database.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to perform the contract and provide downloads, accounts, license activation, term validation, and support; to comply with legal retention and recordkeeping duties; and for legitimate interests in IT security, fraud prevention, and reliable operation. Where consent is required, it is requested separately and may be withdrawn for the future.

4. Recipients and international transfers

Data is shared only as necessary with hosting, email, support, and payment providers and, where configured, an external license API. Depending on the payment method, PayPal or CoinPay may be involved and their own privacy notices also apply to their processing. International transfers are made only with the safeguards required by applicable law.

5. Retention

We retain data for as long as necessary for the contract, license records, support, security, and legal obligations. It is then deleted or anonymized unless a legal duty or legitimate reason requires continued retention. Security and error logs are generally retained only for an appropriate period.

WordPress uses technically necessary cookies for login, sessions, and account security. Optional cookies or third-party content must only be loaded in accordance with the consent solution used on this site. Encryption in transit, access controls, and hashed device identifiers help protect data, although no technical system can guarantee absolute security.
