What device do you play on?
Choose your setup: directly on a Windows PC, or on PS5 with Chiaki and a Windows PC.

How do you play?
Mouse & keyboard on Windows PC, or a PS5 controller. Controller support is currently limited to PS5.
Download your product
Sign in with the account used for purchase. Under Downloads, select the product you purchased.
Find your key
Open Account → Licenses. Use the key that matches your purchased product.

Your PS5 setup
Before you start · Ascend AI
You need a PS5, your PS5 controller and a Windows PC. Chiaki streams the PS5 picture to your PC. Ascend AI runs on the PC.
We will enable Remote Play, prepare Rest Mode, install Chiaki, register your PS5, connect and launch Ascend AI.
1. Enable Remote Play
On your PS5
On your PS5, open:
Settings → System → Remote Play
Turn on Enable Remote Play.
2. Prepare Rest Mode
Keep your PS5 available over the network
Open Settings → System → Power Saving → Features Available in Rest Mode.
Enable both options:
- Stay Connected to the Internet
- Enable Turning on PS5 from Network
This allows Remote Play to start while your PS5 is in Rest Mode.
3. Start Chiaki on your PC
Continue on your Windows PC
Install Chiaki on your Windows PC and launch it.
Keep your PS5 switched on and connect your PC and PS5 to the same network for the initial setup.
4. Add your PS5
PSN account & Remote Play registration
Add your PS5 in Chiaki and complete registration using your PSN account.
If a pairing code is needed, open Settings → System → Remote Play → Link Device on your PS5. Enter the displayed code and the PSN Account-ID required by Chiaki to complete registration.
5. Connect & check the picture
Continue once you can see your PS5 on the PC
Select your registered PS5 in Chiaki and use Connect to start the connection.
The PS5 picture should now appear on your PC. Keep the connection open.
6. Launch Ascend AI
Select PlayStation as your controller
Now launch Ascend AI on your Windows PC and complete setup using the matching license key.
In the AI, select the PS5 controls under System → Controller → PlayStation. Keep Chiaki connected to your PS5.
If the AI is not installed yet, get it from your downloads. If a PC restart is required, reconnect Chiaki to your PS5 before opening the AI again.
Help with your PS5 setup
Tell us which step you are stuck on
First check: Is Remote Play enabled? Are your PC and PS5 on the same network? Is your PS5 registered in Chiaki, and is its picture visible on your PC?
If you are still stuck, tell support the step, your Chiaki version and the exact error message. Include whether the issue is with the Chiaki connection or the Ascend AI setup.
